Effective September 2026. These terms apply to the text messages sent by MD Expert Movers ("we", "us") to members of the MD Expert Movers Affiliate Program.

Program description

When you join the Affiliate Program you can choose to receive text messages about your account. Messages are sent from (240) 387-8088 and are limited to:

• Referral updates, such as when someone you referred books, completes, or cancels a move.
• Commission updates, such as when a commission is approved or paid.
• Tier progress and tier upgrade notices.
• Occasional reminders to share your referral link if your account has been quiet for a while.

We do not send third-party advertising, and we do not text customers about their moves under this program.

How you opt in

Opting in is optional and is never required to join the Affiliate Program or to use our moving services. You opt in by checking the text-message consent box (unchecked by default) on the affiliate sign-up form. Your consent is not shared with, or sold to, anyone else.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your referral activity. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves.

How to opt out or get help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no more after that. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or call us at 301-880-1333.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and device.

Privacy of your mobile information

We use your mobile phone number only to send the messages described above and to operate your affiliate account. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from any sharing. Information may be shared only with service providers that help us deliver messages (such as our messaging provider), and only for that purpose.
